Vigilance
Terrorists can strike anytime, anywhere. Crop dusters, power
generating plants, dams and reservoirs, crops, livestock, trains and highways are among the resources that could be targets. Homeland security in the heartland is just as important as homeland
security in America's largest cities.
One of the best defenses against terrorist attack is the vigilance of people like you. Be the eyes and ears of community safety by reporting
suspicious activity while it is in progress. If you see activity that just doesn’t look quite right, call 911 or the PA Terrorism Tipline. The importance of the vigilance of
citizens cannot be overestimated.
